Terms of Service
1. About Omnis Protocol
Omnis Protocol is an internationally incorporated entity. We provide a real-time on-chain behavioural scoring service that analyses public Base network wallet activity to classify wallets as agent, suspicious, or human. By accessing or using the Omnis Protocol website, dashboard, or API ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
Omnis Protocol indexes USDC TransferWithAuthorization (EIP-3009) events on Base mainnet in real time. Using six weighted scoring layers — auth method, timing regularity, value precision, counterparty concentration, transfer frequency, and origin type — we compute a composite confidence score for each wallet address encountered.
The Service is currently in beta. During this period it is provided free of charge, with no service level agreement (SLA) and no guaranteed uptime. Features may change, be removed, or be deprecated without notice.
3. What the Service is not
The following disclaimers are material to your use of the Service:
- Not financial advice. Nothing on Omnis Protocol constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Wallet scores are probabilistic signals derived from on-chain behavioural patterns — not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
- Not investment advice. Scores must not be interpreted as investment analysis or endorsement of any protocol, wallet, or asset.
- Not legal advice. Nothing on Omnis Protocol constitutes legal or compliance advice. Do not rely on wallet classifications for regulatory or legal purposes without independent professional counsel.
- Not definitive classifications. All scores are probabilistic. A score of 0.90 (agent) does not guarantee the wallet is operated by an autonomous agent. A score of 0.10 (human) does not guarantee the wallet is not automated. Use scores as signals, not facts.
4. Access and accounts
No account registration is required to access Omnis Protocol. The dashboard and lookup tool are publicly available. If API access is added in future, separate terms may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the Service by automated means beyond the limits documented in the API documentation (where applicable)
- Use the Service to harass, target, identify, or surveil individual persons based on wallet addresses
- Misrepresent Omnis Protocol scores to third parties, including presenting scores as definitive or authoritative classifications without appropriate qualification
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, including any applicable data protection or computer misuse legislation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security mechanism of the Service
Omnis Protocol reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if these terms are breached.
6. Data and intellectual property
All wallet addresses and transaction data analysed by Omnis Protocol are public blockchain data. We do not claim ownership over any blockchain data. The Omnis Protocol scoring methodology, software, and derived outputs are the intellectual property of Omnis Protocol. The source code is made available under the MIT licence — see the GitHub repository for details.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omnis Protocol disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scores or data provided.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omnis Protocol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omnis Protocol and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding international arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The Service is operated without submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court.
